With a career spanning over three decades, Jenny Chan has extensive experience and expertise in the IT industry. Her professional journey commenced in South Africa, before she returned to Mauritius to further her establishment in the ICT field. Throughout her career, she has made impactful contributions across various sectors, including Textiles, Manufacturing, Insurance, Logistics, and ICT/BPO. Her significant contributions have helped shape the dynamic landscape of the Mauritian ICT industry.

He was instrumental in establishing Harel Mallac Technologies as a dominant Regional player and Top of mind brand in the sector for over 20 years and spearheaded major transformational projects at national and regional levels. 

He holds an MBA from Herriot Watt University, Scotland, as well as Post Graduate qualifications in Computer Science and Administrative Management from renowned UK institutions and he has shouldered different senior roles and responsibilities during his different professional tenures and led several panels in different local and international forums.

Roshan holds a Master’s Degree with specialisation in Leading Innovation & Change from the York St. John University ( U K ) He has occupied several other key positions:

Aroun is the Group Director, Application Delivery for iQera Group (iqera.com) which is the french leader in debt recovery. He is Founder and Past-President of the Project Management Institute Mauritius. He is member of the board of OTAM (Outsourcing & Telecommunications Association of Mauritius). 
In his 20 years in the IT industry, he has worked with customers and teams across the globe. As a senior leader, he served various roles in organizational growth strategy and led key IT programmes.

Aroun holds a Master’s Degree(with Distinction) in Software project management, is Project Management Professional certified, Agile Hybrid Pro credential holder, Organization Transformation certified and IT Governance Manager certified.
He regularly speaks at conferences and events. He is passionate about technology, leadership, and project management.

Jean-Michel has over 35 years’ experience in customer service & operations for telecommunication solutions and services, managing large and multi-cultural teams, in a global customer-facing environment. He has acquired a strong experience in Business Continuity, crisis management and most recently leading the Covid-19 crisis operational response globally for Orange Business Services.

As a former General Manager at Telecom Plus and Teleservices, Dev was instrumental in pioneering advancements in the internet sector. Since joining Rogers Capital in 2018, he has been a key driver of fintech and digital transformation initiatives, significantly influencing national ICT strategies. 
Dev also brings strategic vision to the table through his board positions, where he continues to shape the future of technology and finance.

As Managing Director, he has been essential in developing the Maureva Business Process Outsourcing platform, headquartered in Mauritius. Under his leadership, Maureva’s portfolio has expanded to include 75 airlines, with esteemed clients such as Air France KLM, Air Austral, and Corsair.

Armed with a Bachelor of Commerce in Information Systems from the University of Cape Town, Gerald brought extensive experience from his early career in IT software commercialization at a leading technology firm. His expertise and visionary leadership have been crucial in steering Maureva towards strategic growth and operational excellence.
